M Coin Bot stores data necessary to operate game features:

• Discord User ID — identifies your account so we can save your character progress.
• Discord Server (Guild) ID — for server settings and clan/guild data.
• Discord display name — shown in leaderboards, profiles, and guild rosters.
• Game data — cultivation realm, items, M Coin balance, pets, combat history, guild membership.
• Command content — the commands you send to the bot (e.g. !tuluyen, !danhboss) for response processing.

We do not collect private messages, passwords, emails, phone numbers, or financial information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared in the following cases:

• When required by law or by an order from a competent authority.
• With infrastructure providers (Vultr VPS, Discord API) needed to operate the bot — these parties access only the technical data required.
• Public information (display name, cultivation realm, M Coin balance) shown on leaderboards visible to all server members.

Data is stored on Vultr VPS servers with reasonable security measures. We retain data for as long as you continue using the bot. However, no system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unforeseen attacks.

• Request deletion of all your character data (this permanently erases your game progress).
• Stop using the bot at any time — simply remove it from your server or stop interacting.

M Coin Bot follows Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us so we can remove it.
